    Friday, founded in 1905, is the premium printer from Eindhoven. Oscar Bos takes you along in the possibilities of making packaging both attractive and sustainable to thereby creating optimal “brand love”. To test this objectively, Packadore has developed two
    Quick Scans, which Oscar will explain during his presentation.

  • ‘Design: it starts with designing differently’ 
    by Ronald Lewerissa (SGK/Generous Minds). Brand love is increasingly dependent on sustainability and inclusivity. Ronald outlines this trend based on striking examples.

  • ‘Certification in sustainability land' 
    Introduction by Ben Dellaert of Kiwa in the many (international and national) standards and certification schemes related to sustainability.

  • 'Fascinating coating solutions' 
    KURZ develops and produces decorative coatings that are applied via a PET carrier film and that are transferred (hot stamping) onto a wide range of products: for decoration of packaging, labels, plastic products, etc.. Traditionally, PET carriers are no longer important once the transfer decoration has been applied to the substrate, the PET residual material is removed and usually used as a replacement fuel. With KURZ RECOSYS® we offer a return and recycling system and convert the PET residual material into a high-quality injection molding material called RECOPOUND®. KURZ is a global leader in hot stamping and coating technology with more than 5,000 employees worldwide. Jeroen has been working as an Account Manager for Leonhard Kurz Benelux B.V. for more than 11 years.
